Kalpavriksh, Centre for Pastoralism and the Indian Commoner are pleased to invite you to a series of curated conversations on Indian Pastoralism – Pastoral Dialogues.

The first dialogue features Prof Neelkanth Chhaya, practicing architect and faculty, CEPT University, Ahmedabad and Srishti Institute of Art, Design and Technology, Bangalore, in conversation with Sushma Iyengar, lead curator of the traveling exhibition Living Lightly – Journeys with Pastoralists.

Living Lightly: An Introduction to the World of Pastoralism will explore the beauty and complexities associated with pastoral communities in India, and their way of life.

We will go live this Saturday, the 12th of December, 2020 from 4:30 pm – 6:00 pm
